I know how you feel. After many failed attempts to improve energy, mange stress, and lose weight following the conflicting ‘expert’ advice, it did nothing to help me live a healthier lifestyle and left me completely confused about what to do next. As a nurse, and a woman who lost over 160 pounds, I knew that the body has an incredible ability to heal itself, and lose stubborn body fat, when given the right key nutritients.
